The Sparkly Soul coach of the month is none other than Jasmine Graham (aka Coach Jaz of @TNTNYC and @paceforsuccess)
Jasmine Graham is a Fitness entrepreneur, RRCA certified running coach and ACE certified trainer. Her company Pace For Success was started in 2008 where she received notoriety for her Runners’s Bootcamp classes that focused on strengthening runners training for endurance events. She has a 100% completion rate for her Team P4S Running program where runners are train for race distances ranging from a 5k to an ultra marathon.
This September she launches the new division of Pace For Success called Fit Factory. Fit Factory will be located at 153 West 27th and offers fitness entrepreneurs a location to grow their business through personal training sessions, small group training sessions and group fitness sessions. Jasmine teamed up with Michael Conlon the owner of Finishline Physical Therapy and fellow TNT coach in November of 2009 and started teaching indoor bootcamp classes. She currently has her studio located inside his Physical Therapy facility located at 119 west 23rd st ste 304. She has additional trainers that teach classes ranging from Tabata Bootcamp, Xtreme Core, Xtreme Abs, Sports Conditioning, Kickboxing & TRX classes just to name a few. Jasmine had a very successful career in fashion for 15 years where she worked at company’s ranging from Calvin Klein, Liz Claiborne, Baby Phat, Rocawear and Ecko Kids. In May of 2008 she was laid off from Ecko Kids and it was a life changing experience. She was hesitant to re-enter the Fashion world and her grandmother suggested that she write down everything she was passionate about. Team In Training was the first thing on her list. Jasmine had run her first marathon with TNT in 2006 and had been active with the organization since then, running a total of 4 marathons and numerous half marathons. At the time that she was laid off she was offered the opportunity to coach for the Brooklyn chapter. She took her passion for helping people with TNT and decided to start her own fitness company Pace For Success.
She has coached a multitude of TNT participants and this year Jasmine was a Leukemia Lymphoma Society’s Woman of the Year nominee where she raised $55,000 for the organization. She felt that Team In Training and LLS helped change her life and she wanted to give back. She also coach’s various teams with her coaching staff including Team Yachad, Team Emunah, The American Liver Foundation & Black Girls Run. She has an amazing team of coach’s and personal trainers that are outstanding and together they have successfully built the P4S brand. Also, for the past 3 years Jasmine runs a Holiday Gift Drive for the children residing at the Incarnation Children’s Center which houses children and teens with HIV AIDS that have been orphaned. The orphanage is located in Washington heights and for the past 2 Christmas’ the P4S donations were the only large donations received.
The cliché of turning lemons into lemonade really held true for Jasmine. She is walking in her destiny and has never looked back once she took the leap of faith. Jasmine loves helping others build their inner athlete and be the best that they can be. At P4S they create FINE people through Fitness, Involvement, Nutrition, Empowerment and its evident.

Coach Jasmine really has changed the lives of many people and keeps us all inspired on a daily basis. To know her is to love her – her spirit is contagious and being around her makes you smile!
